Franciscan Square Phase 1 Site Development – Steubenville, Ohio

Installation of site primary electric and communications duct bank, as well as installation of three (3) utility vaults, site power and lighting. Completion October 2016.
Work includes:

Installed 800 feet of four parallel 4″ PVC concrete-encased duct bank
More than 6,500 feet of underground conduit installed
Installation of 14 site lighting poles and eight (8) ground mount flood lights

Best Western Plus at Franciscan Square – Steubenville, Ohio

Four-story, 113-room hotel. Ground up construction completed October 2016.
Work includes:

Over 2,500 switch and receptacle devices installed
Over 700 light fixtures installed
Over 300,000 feet of wire installed
Installation of Lutron GRAFIK Eye® and DMX lighting control systems
Installation of 30kw diesel emergency generator

Home2 Suites – Beachwood, Ohio

Ground-up construction of a four-story, 91-suite extended stay hotel.

Fairfield Inn and Suites – Stow, Ohio

Ground-up construction of this four-story, 82-room hotel was completed October 2016.
Work included:

Installation of 30kw diesel emergency generator
More than 1,800 switch and receptacle devices installed
More than 600 light fixtures installed
Installation of Lutron GRAFIK Eye® and DMX lighting control systems

Tilt Studio at Eastwood Mall – Niles, Ohio

Indoor family amusement facility with arcade, laser tag, and miniature. Project included revamping and building out the existing space, and was completed October 2015.
Work included wiring for:

Snack bar kitchen
More than 100 arcade games
Laser tag arena
Miniature bowling lanes
Amusement ride
Black light miniature golf space
